Okay, because Clockwork is my character, they're all canon, and you cannot tell me "but he doesn't-" Sh. He does. OK, here we go! ~~Feel free to add your own down in the comments~~~

He can barely see out of his right eye due to the clock being there.
When he uses his eyepatch in public it throws off his sense of balance, as the ticking of the clock stops and he gets disoriented without it.
He gets really stuttery when confused/embarrassed.
It takes him a while to fully open up to anyone, but once he does, they have his full trust.
While he's not a very affectionate being, he won't reject the idea.
If he were to get in a relationship with anyone, it would take him a long time to say "I love you" or show affection to them, but he'd make sure that person knew they were important to him.
He often overworks himself.
If he's out in the rain too long, he starts glitching and twitching until someone helps him.
His handwriting is rather curly and fancy, despite his being an android.
He knows 15 languages and can speak them all fluently. His languages are: UK English, American English, French, German, European Spanish, Russian, Italian, Greek, Japanese, Thai, Mandarin, Arabic, Norwegian, Latin, and Hungarian.
He has reading glasses he uses when he types.
He's always cold, so unless he has guests over he's wearing a long sleeved shirt and a pair of long pants.
His joints get stiff/hurt if he moves too much or if he doesn't move enough. It makes him rather frustrated.
He misses England, but refuses to go back due to all the memories retained there, and he'd have a system overload.
While he is rather knowledgeable, he has no idea what people are really like since he's also a shut-in.
His favorite weather conditions are overcast, rainy, and snowy.
He's always cold to the touch, no matter what. His skin is also freezing cold. (This is why most avoid touching him.)
He's rather touch starved, and tends to linger in hugs sometimes.
He can't swim. He couldn't if he tried.
He emits a quiet humming sound when he's relaxed.
When he first starts feeling emotions, it surprises him so much and feels so foreign he ends up a mess for weeks; coupled with loss of balance and emotional breakdowns.
Since being reprogrammed to be more human like, he's gained the ability to get sick and does so often.
